Frequently asked questions.

  • what is in the box ?

With your artwork, you'll discover a carefully packaged print, either in a protective tube or laid flat, depending on its size. Accompanying the print is a certificate indicating its edition number, whether it is part of a numbered edition or a unique 1/1 piece. Additionally, a thank-you letter expresses gratitude for choosing this art piece, creating a personal connection between the artist and collector. Unveil the layers of your package to reveal not just a print but a thoughtfully curated experience, crafted with care.

  • why there is white border in my prints ?

All our prints showcase a 10% white border for added protection. This border not only enhances the visual appeal but also safeguards your images during handling, preventing smudges and marks. Strike a perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality, preserving your cherished memories beautifully.

  • What is your returns policy?

Since each piece is unique and special, we don't accept returns, and all sales are final. Please take a good look and make sure it's the one you really want before checking out.

  • What happens if my Print is damaged?

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and if your artwork arrives damaged, we've got your back! Just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. We might need some evidence of the damage and, in some cases, proof of disposal, but we'll guide you through the process.

  • Will I be charged money at the border / Customs?

Potential imposition of charges at the border, contingent upon the destination country of your order. This levy is designated as the sales tax for the respective country, albeit commonly referred to as customs charges, customs fees, import charges, duty fees, import tax, or import fees.

Shipments destined for the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom will not be subject to charges at the border.

For orders bound to other global destinations, the incidence of charges is contingent upon the assessed value of the shipment. Should the valuation exceed a stipulated threshold, the recipient may be levied with the sales tax applicable in the destination country.

We remain at your disposal for any further inquiries or clarifications. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
